Job description for Secretary for President Director at PT. Bonecom Tricom

- Fluent/Advanced in English both oral and written

- Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant. Preferably experienced as a C-Level Executive Assistant
- Good administrative, and organizational skills
- Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner. Prior experience in the administration would be advantageous
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field required
- Have Driving License (SIM A)
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events. Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the company
- Arrange travel and accommodations. Prepare expense reports. Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives. Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours
