Secretary and Admin
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and organize operational reports for management approval and signature
• Organize and monitor the flow of documents between clients and internal departments
• Ensure that reports, letters, and other papers are filed accurately
• Monitor and follow up cases handled by adjusters to ensure timely completion in accordance with SLA targets
Requirements:
1. Min. S1 from Communication, Administration, Secretary, Economic or other relevant
2. At least 3 years experience as a secretary, administration
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office including fast and accurate typing skills
4. Proficient in English (spoken and written)
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Professional appearance, positive attitude and high level of confidentiality
7. Excellent administrative, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
8. Office in Cipondoh, Tangerang
