We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist to strengthen our organic visibility and search performance across all markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. On‑Page SEO
- Conduct keyword research to identify high‑impact and high‑intent opportunities.
- Optimize website content: meta titles, descriptions, headers, schema, alt texts, internal linking.
- Ensure all content aligns with search intent and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, and marketing teams to create SEO‑optimized articles, landing pages, and assets.
- Perform regular content audits and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
2. Off‑Page SEO
- Develop and implement effective link‑building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Build and maintain relationships with publishers, partners, bloggers, and influencers.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profile to ensure link quality and identify toxic links.
- Research competitors’ off‑page strategies and identify strategic opportunities.
- Manage outreach, PR, guest posting, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and report on off‑page SEO performance and link growth.
3. Technical SEO
- Conduct full technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Improve site structure, navigation, crawlability, indexing, and internal link architecture.
- Optimize sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data.
- Ensure websites meet Core Web Vitals and mobile‑friendliness standards.
- Monitor website health using GSC, GA4, and other analytics tools.
- Provide technical guidance for new product pages, features, or site migrations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in On‑Page, Off‑Page, and Technical SEO.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and international SEO.
- Hands‑on experience using SEO tools:
- Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog (or similar).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website structure, and content management systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, reporting ability, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SEO for education, SaaS, or multi‑regional websites.
- Understanding of AI‑powered content tools.
- Familiarity with landing page A/B testing.
- Experience working with international teams.
