Job description for SEA FREIGHT SENIOR/TEAM MANAGER POSITION RECRUITMENT at H & FRIENDS GTL (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full responsibilities on leading and managing the Sea Freight Team
- Overall operational handling alongside the team
- Monitor and ensure all shipments are properly handled within a stipulated operation turnaround time
- Identifying any faults within daily operation, and immediate solution proposals
- Respond and handle customer’s complaint or issue if any, in a fully responsible manner
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Always comply and adhere company governance along with other responsibilities as per company requirements
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent Interpersonal communication skills
- Business level English (Verbal/Written)
- Ability to report, interact with higher management or HQ
- Competent knowledge of global logistics and freight forwarding
- Ability to lead the entire team to meet company's performance standards and maintain the integrity of the overall customer service standards
- Working attitudes and ethics with due diligence and discipline
- Individuals with the ability to adapt fast-paced working environment
- Meticulousness, multitasking skills, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform Odd-Hour Duty on ad hoc or periodic basis
- May require overtime occasionally or situationally
- Available for immediate employment
ROLE ELIGIBILITY
• Diploma/Bachelors Degree or higher in logistics/business/supply chain or related fields.
• Candidates with serious ambitions and commitment who is aiming for a carrer goal in our industry
• Candidates with local residency (PR/Citizen)
• Minimum 5~7 years of work experience in freight forwarding or related field preferred
• Candidates who are willing to run the extra mile
