- Elementary School Counselor
- Middle and High School Counselor
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
- Support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to promote student well-being.
- Develop and implement preventive and developmental counseling programs.
- Maintain accurate counseling records and documentation.
- Participate in student support meetings and school-wide initiatives
- Additional for Middle and High School Counselor
- Guide students through university and career planning processes.
- Support students with university applications, personal statements, recommendation letters, and admissions requirements.
- Organize university counseling programs, information sessions, and college fairs.
- Maintain relationships with universities and stay updated on admission trends and requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field (Master's Degree is preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in school counseling or a related field.
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural school environment.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Available to join in July 2026
