Job description for Sales at PT KOTRIO GLOBAL INDONESIA
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Floral Sales Executive to join our team in the fast-growing floral and wedding industry.
You will play a key role in building strong relationships with florists, wedding decorators, and event professionals, while also supporting marketing initiatives and brand presence across both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with B2B clients, including florists, wedding decorators, and event planners
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-up communication
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies (online & offline)
- Support creation of seasonal campaigns, catalogs, and promotional materials
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and wedding expos as company representative
- Build and maintain strong networks with vendors and industry partners
- Coordinate with internal team for product sourcing based on market demand
- Assist in documenting client interactions, events, and marketing activities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or client relations (experience in floral, wedding, event, or import/trading industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused mindset
- Creative and familiar with social media marketing and content creation
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Passionate about flowers, weddings, and the creative industry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English and/or Korean is a plus
- Willing to attend events, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
