Sales/Marketing (Exhibition)
đ Location: Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusa
Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to acquire exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and visitors.
- Promote exhibition booths, sponsorship packages, advertising opportunities, and other exhibition services.
- Conduct cold calls, client visits, online meetings, and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up inquiries and manage the sales process from initial contact through closing and payment.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Achieve individual sales targets set by the company.
- Coordinate with the Project and Operations team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Attend exhibitions, conferences, and business networking activities when required.
Requirements
- Male or Female.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Exhibition Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Experience in one of the following industries is required:
- Event Organizer
- Exhibition Contractor
- Booth Contractor
- Convention & Exhibition Organizer
- MICE Industry - Proven experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Having an existing network within the exhibition, industrial, manufacturing, mining, or energy sectors is an advantage.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
