Kopi Jam Kerja is a growing F&B brand focused on delivering quality products and a warm customer experience. We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales person who enjoys building relationships, finding new opportunities, and helping grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new opportunities with offices, companies, event organizers, communities, and other strategic partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners
- Generate leads and actively pursue new partnership and collaboration opportunities
- Present and promote Kopi Jam Kerja products, services, and partnership offerings to potential clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to support business growth and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and operational teams to support partnership programs and corporate initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and partnership performance updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or corporate account management
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle brands, or related industries is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Target-oriented with the ability to generate and close business deals
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
- Willing to work in Jakarta Barat
- Having own vehicle and SIM A/SIM C is a plus
