Position: Sales Executive
Industry: Guitar Accessories Manufacturing
Work Location: Pinang, Tangerang
Area Coverage: Jakarta & Surrounding Areas
Salary: IDR 12–18 Million + Sales Commission
Working Type: Field-based role (client visits & business travel required)
What you'll do:
-Develop and manage relationships with music stores, instrument retailers, music schools, studios, and wholesale/e-commerce channels
-Drive sales growth and achieve targets
-Handle quotations, orders, customer follow-ups, and payment collection
-Gather market insights and competitor information
-Represent the brand at industry events and exhibitions
We're looking for someone who:
-Has sales experience (B2B sales experience is a strong advantage)
-Can communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus)
-Enjoys meeting clients and building long-term business relationships
-Has strong negotiation and communication skills
-Is willing to travel for customer visits
-Experience in musical instruments, audio equipment, accessories, hardware, or related industries will be highly preferred.
