Jobdesk :

Melatih anggota baru terkait SOP penjualan dan produk
Memberikan training komunikasi dan teknik menawarkan produk
Membantu proses onboarding dan evaluasi tim sales
Melakukan refresh training untuk meningkatkan performa tim
Berkoordinasi dengan Sales Leader terkait perkembangan tim
Sesekali mendampingi tim sales ke lapangan untuk observasi dan training

Kualifikasi :

Komunikatif dan percaya diri
Suka mengajar dan membimbing orang
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan public speaking yang baik
Pengalaman di sales/F&B menjadi nilai tambah
Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan bisa bekerja dalam tim
Bersedia sesekali melakukan kunjungan lapangan bersama Sales Leader
