Job purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive operational and communication support for RCN Business within the Vietnam market. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support / Translator to act as a vital bridge between our business and local partners through fluent English and Vietnamese translation. You will be responsible for driving business growth by generating sales leads and providing real-time market insights , while ensuring seamless logistics through administrative coordination and on-site translation support during tours and travel. This position is designed for a professional, Ho Chi Minh City-based individual who is confident in client interaction and ready to represent our brand reliably in a dynamic field environment.
Duties and responsibilities
Translate Vietnamese ↔ English
Assist with communication with locals
Join tours/travel for translation support
Call buyers and help generate sales leads
Provide market updates and local business information
Handle basic coordination and administrative tasks
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
Good communication skills
Confident with phone calls and client interaction
Organized, reliable, and professional
Willing to travel locally when needed

Employment Type: This is a permanent, full-time position dedicated to supporting RCN Business operations in Vietnam.
Location: The role is preferably based in or near Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Mobility & Travel: Candidates must be willing and able to travel locally as needed. This includes joining tours and travel activities to provide on-site translation and communication support.
Communication Environment: The work environment involves high-frequency interaction, requiring confidence in making phone calls to buyers and assisting with face-to-face communication with local stakeholders.
Physical requirements
Mobility for Travel: Ability to travel locally and join tours or field trips frequently to provide on-site translation support.
Stamina for Fieldwork: Physical readiness to assist with communication and coordination in various local environments during business tours.
Communication Endurance: Capability to handle a high volume of phone calls and maintain professional interaction with clients throughout the workday.
General Fitness: Sufficient health and energy levels to manage a permanent, full-time schedule that combines administrative tasks with active field support.
