The Sales Support Cum Junior QS will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the showroom. Key responsibilities include assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining inventory records, preparing sales reports, and supporting promotional activities. The role also involves engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience through effective communication, upselling, and cross-selling techniques. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and professional retail environment that aligns with the brand’s high standards.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree and have between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in a retail or sales environment. Strong customer service skills, along with proficiency in B2C sales, teamwork, and communication, are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, presentation skills, and experience in retail management will be advantageous.
