We are currently opening opportunities for:
Sales Support & Coordination Officer
Your role:
1. Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
2. Support sales team with documentation and coordination
3. Ensure all requirements are ready before vehicle delivery
4. Coordinate between sales, after sales, logistic, and finance
5. Monitor pipeline and follow-up status
We're looking for someone who:
1. Maximum age of 27 years old
2. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field; a Master's degree (S2) is preferred
3. Has 1-3 years experience in administrative, sales support, or coordination functions
4. Is highly detail-oriented and organized
5. Is proactive and comfortable following up with multiple teams
6. Can work in a structured and diciplined way
