Job description for Sales Support/Admin at PT Goautama Sinarbatuah
SALES SUPPORT/ADMIN
- Support Sales Department needs such as making quotation, company introduction letter, etc.
- Create and Process purchase order, delivery order and other administrative tasks
- Follow up delivery, schedule delivery and keeping senior staff informed of any issues with delivery
- Coordinate sales activities with sales team
- Prepare sales report, stock report, other customer service and admin activities
- Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound and outbound calls
- Communicate with internal and/or external regarding stock and delivery
- Maintain updated records of purchase order, delivery information and stock
REQUIREMENT
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1), min. IP 3.0
- Proven work experience as Sales Support/Administration for at least 2 years
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice, English is an advantage
- Have a good computer skill MS Office and familiar with SAP program
- Strongly skilled in data entry, accuracy and attention to detail is necessary
- Fast learner, proactive and being a people person with excellent customer service
- Able to work under pressure with deadline, individually and in teamwork
- High integrity, committed, honest and responsible person
- Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly, time & self-management
- Available Immediately
