Job description for Sales Supervisor Area Medan & Aceh at Pt. Elina Prima Sejahtera

Requirements:

Memimpin & mengawasi tim sales untuk mencapai target area Medan & Aceh
Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi penjualan & ekspansi pasar
Mengelola hubungan dengan outlet, distributor, & lainnya
Melakukan market visit rutin & memastikan eksekusi program
Monitoring stok, display produk, dan ketersediaan barang di lapangan
Menganalisis penjualan, menyiapkan laporan performa & insight pasar
Coaching, monitoring, dan evaluasi performa tim sales

Responsibilities :

Min. 2 tahun pengalaman di Sales Supervisor / Team Leader
Pengalaman di Beauty/Personal Care menjadi nilai plus
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, & negosiasi yang baik
Mampu bekerja dengan target & mobilitas tinggi (lapangan)
Memahami landscape pasar area Medan & Aceh (lebih diutamakan; Homebased di Medan)
