Job Responsibilities
- Implement B2B sales strategies to develop new clients in the health industry, focusing on channels such as industry exhibitions, social media platforms, and professional networks. Proactively explore potential cooperative partners, including distributors, medical institutions, pet service providers, and related enterprises.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations for clients, accurately conveying the core value, advantages, and application scenarios of our health supplements, pet health products, and medical devices, and addressing clients' inquiries and needs professionally.
- Maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships with existing clients, conduct regular follow-ups and communication, understand their business development needs and product usage feedback, provide personalized after-sales support and solutions, and improve client loyalty and renewal rates.
- Lead the entire sales process, including client negotiation, contract drafting, and deal closing. Formulate targeted sales plans based on client needs and market changes, and strive to achieve and exceed the set sales targets.
- Collect and sort out market information, industry trends, and competitor dynamics, provide valuable insights and suggestions for the company's product optimization and sales strategy adjustment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth progress of orders, solve problems encountered in the sales process in a timely manner, and ensure a good client experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Administration, Health-related fields is preferred. 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in the health industry (health supplements, pet health products, medical devices) is a plus.
- Familiar with B2B sales models and client development channels, with rich experience in exhibition sales and social media client development is preferred. Possess excellent client development and relationship maintenance capabilities.
- Have a basic understanding of health supplements, pet health products, or medical devices, and be able to quickly master the company's product knowledge and sales points. Strong logical thinking and expression skills, able to conduct professional product introductions and negotiations.
- Proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently and under pressure to complete sales targets. Good team cooperation spirit and communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written), able to communicate with global teams and international clients smoothly. Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for sales report writing and plan formulation.
- Willing to accept business trips and adapt to the dynamic needs of the global market.
