PT ODG Indonesia is currently looking for a passionate and target-oriented Sales Service Engineer professional to join our team.

☑️ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Identify and approach potential customers for maintenance services
- Conduct client visits, meetings, and service presentations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and prepare sales activity reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
☑️ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐁𝟐𝐁 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫
- Experience in Maintenance/asset management, Construction, Data Center or related industry is an advantage
- Technical/Engineering background is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in computer programs particularly Microsoft Office, database programs, the internet, and CRM systems.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently
- Good relationship-building and networking skills
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to travel for client visits
