POLY English Indonesia is looking for a communicative, persuasive, and target-driven Student Retention Coordinator to support student retention, course renewals, and parent engagement.

What You Will Do
• Achieve student retention and course renewal targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
• Provide consultation and support to parents throughout the student's learning journey
• Handle parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Encourage course continuation and renewals through effective communication
• Coordinate with teachers regarding student progress and learning needs
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Basic Salary: IDR 5,800,000 – 6,000,000
💰 Monthly Incentive: Up to IDR 11,000,000+
💰 Total Monthly Income Potential: IDR 6,000,000 – 17,000,000+

Who We Are Looking For
• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales, Education Consultant, Retention, or similar roles
• Experience in education industry
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with parents and handling customer concerns
• Target-oriented and achievement-driven
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work on-site in South Jakarta
