Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Preferably, 1 (one) year of experience with an Education Agency and practical marketing skills
- Familiar in working with target; especially in students' recruitment
- Ability to multi-task, be a fast learner, active listener, communicative and confident to interact with all levels, internally and externally; and
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional work attitude
Job Description
- Planning and implementation of marketing and promotional activities for the school. Includes, but is not limited to, Education expos, seminars, workshops, school visits, email marketing, lead generation and CRM;
- Responsible for the implementation of admission processes for the school. Includes, but is not limited to, counselling services, maintaining acquisition and administration systems, monitoring clients’ academic and visa application processes;
- Handling Client / Customer Services related to fast-track study/study abroad;
- Handling external correspondences and information requests;
- Maintaining systems for storing hard copy and electronic documents; and
- Providing administrative support and report.
