Job description for Sales Representative at Trend Capitals
We are seeking energetic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Staff to join our Introducing Broker team. This role is focused on client acquisition, networking, and market expansion, playing a key part in growing the company’s client base and presence. The successful candidate will actively identify potential clients and partners, introduce them to our services, and build long-term business relationships within the trading community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source, identify, and onboard new clients and partners through networking, events, and referrals, offline and online.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, investors, and affiliates.
- Present and promote the company’s trading services, platforms, and products to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and acquisition targets.
- Maintain a strong professional network within financial and trading communities.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven sales or business development experience, ideally in brokerage, financial services, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of financial markets (Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Active network of potential traders, investors, or partners is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven and competitive environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is preferred.
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable.
