2. Responsibilities
o Develop and expand sales channels (retail, distributors, partners).
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
o Actively seek new business opportunities through field sales and telesales.
o Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
o Analyze sales performance and propose improvement actions.
o Monitor market trends and competitors.
o Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
3. Requirements
o High school diploma or above.
o At least 1–2 years of sales experience (FMCG, retail, telesales, etc.).
o Strong communication and persuasion skills.
o Sales-driven mindset, proactive and responsible.
o Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
o Existing relationships with pharmacies or drugstore networks is a plus.
