Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and building material stores.
* Conduct canvassing and sales visits to develop new business opportunities.
* Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, quotations, and order follow-ups professionally.
* Update CRM/database and prepare sales reports regularly.
* Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance in assigned areas.
Qualifications:
* Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum 3–5 years experience as Sales Representative, preferably in building materials/construction industry.
* Experienced in canvassing to building material stores.
* Familiar with CRM software, Orlansoft, and Talenta.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
* Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work onsite Monday–Saturday.
