Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Tangerang for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and build strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include generating leads, managing sales pipelines, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting product demonstrations. The role also involves collaborating with teams to develop strategies for boosting sales performance and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
English speaking is necessary
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management for achieving and exceeding targets
Ability to provide Training and product knowledge to clients
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and organizational skills
Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software is a plus
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in technical or industrial sales, especially in CNC or engineering industries, is an advantage
Willingness to work on-site in Tangerang
