Job description for Sales Project at PT Hikari Indo Sarana
Hikari Indo Sarana is seeking a competitive, strategic, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Project.
Key Objective
Act as the driving force behind the company’s marketing and sales activities by achieving individual sales targets, acquiring new clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential clients (existing and new), schedule meetings (online/offline), and negotiate pricing, discounts, and Terms of Payment (TOP).
- Validate sales proposals, calculate profit margins, and develop winning strategies to remain competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to discuss technical solutions and product specifications related to Fire Alarm and Sound System solutions offered to clients.
- Conduct intensive follow-ups, maintain strong client relationships, manage product samples, and act as a client advocate to resolve issues during ongoing projects.
- Prepare weekly sales pipeline reports, monitor customer Account Receivables (AR), and conduct monthly target evaluations as well as annual competitor analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Informatics, or related fields).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B Project Sales (experience in Lighting/Electrical industry is a plus).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze margins and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with both technical teams and clients.
- Target-driven, persistent in follow-ups, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Willing to conduct field visits or technical surveys when required.
- Proficient in using computers and sales-related applications.
