Job description for Sales Partnership at PT Cerdas Digital Nusantara (CAKAP)
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, especially in education institutions, the marketplace, wholesalers, and other stakeholders.
- Locate new sales opportunities and make regular sales calls to develop relationships.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes and overcome objections to closure.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet established sales and revenue goals.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or equivalent.
- Experience in complete sales cycle and online sales experience, in ecommerce industry or allied.
- Sound knowledge of E-Commerce and local marketplaces.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills, and ability to influence people at the right level.
- Strong analytical thinking, data-driven, reliable, and result-oriented.
- Familiarity with consumer web domain and Education Institution/Technology businesses.
