Reporting to the Associate Director, Sales Operations, the intern will assist the Sales Operations team to provide life insurance policy services to our clients including but not limited to handle quotation and policy services requests, obtaining and analysing statement, and inforce illustration etc. in a timely and professional manner in compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
Responsibilities
• Assist in handling quotation requests
• Assist in handling routine policy administration and servicing within standard protocols & assigned authority under a straight timeline
• Help keep data integrity and documentation standards within the CRM system and policy records, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Help analyze and prepare reports on trends and datapoints from concluded and pipeline cases based on gender, age, residency, premium size, sum assured and product type
• Exhibit positive, supportive behaviour in all interactions with co-workers & line managers
• Assist in reviewing and updating manuals, procedures or operational forms when necessary
• Assist in ad-hoc projects if needed
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree Student
• Fast learner, self-motivated and a good team player
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
