Job description for Sales officer at TianWaa Indonesia
Responsibility:
1. Act as a digital marketing expert: lead operations of TikTok/Instagram/Facebook communities, and design localized short video marketing campaigns
2. Focus on expanding the Chinese-Indonesian family and international student segments, building long-term learning relationships, and achieving personal sales target
3. Plan offline events: organize campus presentations and community trial classes to enhance local brand influence
4. Manage the full customer lifecycle: from needs assessment, trial class arrangement, conversion and signing, renewal and retention services
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above (any major)
2. Age 23 - 30 years old
3. Basic English communication skills and the ability to communicate with the China headquarters in English
4. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience as a homeroom teacher or in learning management within the education industry
5. A strong sense of responsibility, empathy, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and a strong service-oriented mindset
