Job description for sales marketing at Adeha Corporation

1. Penjualan & Target

Mencapai target penjualan bulanan dan tahunan

Menawarkan produk furniture aluminium dan ACP ke customer

Membuat strategi penjualan untuk meningkatkan omzet

2. Mencari & Mengelola Klien

Mencari customer baru (kontraktor, developer, proyek, retail, dll)

Menjalin hubungan baik dengan klien existing

Follow up prospek hingga closing

3. Presentasi & Negosiasi

Melakukan presentasi produk ke klien

Menjelaskan spesifikasi teknis produk aluminium & furniture

Negosiasi harga, pembayaran, dan timeline proyek

4. Survey & Koordinasi

Melakukan survey lokasi (jika diperlukan)

Koordinasi dengan tim produksi dan teknis

Memastikan kebutuhan klien sesuai dengan spesifikasi

5. Administrasi Penjualan

Membuat penawaran harga (quotation)

Membuat laporan penjualan

Menginput data customer ke sistem

6. Marketing & Promosi

Aktif mencari peluang melalui online/offline (sosial media, marketplace, networking)

Ikut dalam pameran atau event jika diperlukan

Memberikan ide strategi marketing

Berpengalaman di bidang sales bahan bangunan / furniture / aluminium lebih diutamakan

Paham produk aluminium, ACP, atau konstruksi jadi nilai tambah

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & negosiasi yang baik

Target oriented dan siap kerja lapangan

Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (nilai plus)
