The Sales Marketing position at PT Hookah Place Partnership involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales within the shisha lounge. Key responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, collaborating with influencers to promote the lounge, organizing community events, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring a consistent brand image across all platforms. This role requires a proactive approach to marketing and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.

This position is available for a hybrid work arrangement, offering flexibility for the right candidate. Candidates must have a minimum education level of SMA/SMK and between 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field. Proficiency in Influencer Marketing, Shisha Lounge operations, Community Building, and Marketing Strategy is essential.
