Sales & Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients (developers, architects, designers, contractors, Government)
- Identify new business opportunities
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored product solutions through a one-stop service approach
- Achieve sales targets and promote products
- Collaborate with internal teams and support project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Design, Architecture, or related fields)
- Experience in sales/marketing, including project sales and B2B sales (construction industry preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
