Qualification:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Major
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics distribution channels, including General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), distributors, and retail partners.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
Jobdesc:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
