Sales Manager - Hotel Tugu Bali
Hotel Tugu Bali is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Sales Manager to support revenue growth and strengthen the hotel’s market presence within the luxury hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Hotel Tugu Bali’s positioning and business goals
* Identify and target suitable market segments including luxury travelers, cultural travelers, honeymooners, boutique travel markets, wellness travelers, and experience-seeking guests
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, luxury travel partners, wedding planners, and business partners
* Manage and optimize OTA platforms and online distribution channels to maximize visibility and revenue opportunities
* Support direct booking growth through strategic partnerships, promotions, and relationship management
* Monitor market trends, competitor performance, customer behavior, and hospitality trends
* Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and networking activities
* Coordinate with operational and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experience and campaign execution
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, market analysis, and performance updates for management
* Explore e-commerce, digital sales, and online collaboration opportunities to strengthen brand exposure and conversion
Qualifications:
* Strong background in hospitality sales, luxury hospitality, or business development
* Strong understanding of OTA platforms, online distribution, and hospitality e-commerce trends
* Understanding of luxury boutique hotel market and experience-driven hospitality concepts
* Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills
* Strategic, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
* Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
* Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Experience in luxury hospitality or boutique hotel environments is highly preferred
