Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Memimpin dan mengkoordinasi kinerja tim sales;
- Melakukan riset pasar dan menyusun rencana strategis untuk pencapaian target/growth;
- Bertanggung jawab dalam pencapaian target/growth yang telah ditentukan;
- Menjalin hubungan baik dengan mitra bisnis dan melakukan kunjungan rutin;
- Membuat laporan kegiatan operasional tim sales secara periodik.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S-1 jurusan Ilmu Ekonomi, Manajemen, atau yang sejenis. Kandidat yang berasal dari jurusan lain tetapi memiliki pengalaman dan minat di bidang sales dapat dipertimbangkan;
- Laki-laki berusia maksimal 35 tahun;
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai sales B2B minimal selama 3 tahun di perusahaan distributor;
- Memiliki pemahaman tentang produk bahan kimia;
- Mahir dalam strategi pemasaran dan penjualan;
- Memiliki SIM C dan SIM A;
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) atau Google Aps (Doc, Sheet, Slide, Drive);
- Memiliki kepemimpinan dan kemampuan manajemen tim yang baik yang dibuktikan dengan pengalaman sebagai supervisor/manajer.
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, pendekatan pelanggan, dan komunikasi yang baik.
