Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, and train sales staff. They evaluate individual performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and foster a highly motivated, competitive sales environment.

Strategy & Planning: Design actionable sales strategies, define sales territories, set individual and team quotas, and collaborate with marketing teams to optimize outreach and product positioning.
