Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with experience in the industrial pump industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of industrial pump products and applications
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and commercial understanding
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and sales forecasting skills
- Experience in customer relationship management and business development
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented, resilient, and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new sales opportunities to achieve business targets
- Conduct technical discussions and clarify customer requirements to provide the best solutions
- Prepare, present, and follow up on technical and commercial proposals
- Lead customer presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Monitor order execution and ensure excellent after-sales support
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Analyze market trends, sales performance, and prepare periodic reports and sales forecasts
