🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and ensure achievement of tractor unit sales targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team across multiple areas, including coaching, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
- Analyze market opportunities, industry trends, and competitor landscape to build effective business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and key business partners.
- Coordinate with related departments such as Marketing, After-Sales Service, and Technical Support.
- Ensure effective sales processes from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
✨ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales, preferably tractors / agricultural machinery / construction equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in leading a >10 sales team (supervisor / manager level).
- Strong networking in heavy equipment, mining, agricultural, plantation, and dealership industries.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and target-oriented mindset.
- Have SIM A.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
