Poly English Indonesia is a growing English education company dedicated to helping children, teenagers, and adults develop confidence and practical English communication skills through high-quality learning experiences.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team and drive sustainable business growth. This role is ideal for someone who is not only experienced in managing a sales team but is also willing to take ownership of business performance, work directly with the CEO, and actively contribute ideas and strategies to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Performance
β Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
β Drive the achievement of the company's enrollment target, including a target of 60 New Students (NS) per month.
β Monitor daily sales activities, conversion rates, follow-up quality, and overall sales performance.
β Establish a high-performance, target-oriented sales culture within the team.
β Ensure consistent execution of sales processes and best practices.
Strategic Planning & Business Growth
β Work directly with the CEO to develop and execute sales strategies that support business growth.
β Proactively propose ideas, initiatives, and action plans to improve sales performance and enrollment results.
β Identify business opportunities, market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to support growth.
β Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify challenges and recommend solutions.
β Take ownership of sales performance and continuously seek ways to improve results.
Team Management & Development
β Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Sales Team members.
β Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development plans.
β Ensure the team maintains high standards of customer consultation and service.
Collaboration & Reporting
β Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to maximize lead generation and conversion.
β Ensure effective coordination between Sales, Academic, and Operations teams.
β Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.
Qualifications
β Bachelor's Degree in any field.
β Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, including at least 2 years of experience leading and managing a sales team in the Education Industry or a similar service-based business.
β Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
β Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
β Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
β Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β Comfortable working with data, sales reports, and performance metrics.
β Able to work directly with senior management and confidently present ideas, plans, and recommendations.
β Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
β Possess a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility for business results.
β Willing to take significant responsibility for achieving individual, team, and company targets.
β Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, improve, and scale sales performance.
