SALES MAKLON POWDER DRINK

Kami adalah perusahaan manufaktur maklon minuman serbuk (powder drink) yang sedang berkembang dan mencari talenta agresif, komunikatif, dan memiliki kemampuan networking yang kuat untuk membantu mengembangkan pasar dan mencari potensi client baru.

Kualifikasi :

  • Minimal S1 Teknologi Pangan
  • Memahami industri maklon pangan/minuman menjadi nilai tambah
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
  • Terbiasa mencari leads dan prospect client secara aktif
  • Memahami strategi pendekatan ke UMKM, brand owner, reseller, hingga public figure/selebgram
  • Aktif menggunakan media sosial dan platform digital untuk prospecting
  • Memiliki relasi/network menjadi nilai plus
  • Target oriented dan terbiasa bekerja dengan KPI
  • Mampu melakukan presentasi produk dan konsultasi client
  • Memahami tren produk minuman, kesehatan, herbal, atau FMCG menjadi nilai tambah

Job Description :

  • Mencari dan mengembangkan leads potensial untuk jasa maklon powder drink
  • Menjalin komunikasi dengan calon client dari berbagai segment : UMKM, brand baru, owner bisnis online, reseller dan influencer/selebgram/public figure
  • Membantu client memahami proses maklon dari ide hingga produk jadi
  • Melakukan follow up dan negosiasi hingga closing
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim R&D dan produksi terkait kebutuhan client
  • Membuat strategi pengembangan pasar dan peluang bisnis baru
