Job description for Sales Lead at Deep Identity Pte Ltd
We aim to help our clients thrive in rapidly evolving business environments through empowering technologies. You will be responsible for working with sales colleagues and other internal stakeholders to drive the sales process for a defined set of products and services. Key activities include identifying and qualifying prospects, initiating new sales activity and managing sales cycles to closure. Additionally, the role requires the assessment of client needs and providing clients with strategic guidance and product overviews.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Lead drives business growth with new and existing accounts in several ways:
- Originates and responds to new logo opportunities. Owns sales pursuit efforts for RFPs.
- Develops and maintains an accurate, high-quality sales pipeline.
- Understands prospect/client decision-making process
- Strategises and executes sales roadmap through contact connections and follow-ups. Recalibrates efforts as necessary to meet sales quota goals.
- Analyses prospective/current client business goals, objectives, needs, processes, and existing infrastructure.
- Ensures a consultative approach to prospect/client business.
- Collaborate with Business Units Head including C-level in defining, developing, and extending offerings to prospects and existing clients.
- Applies business-based sales principles and demonstrates relevant and transferable professional experience when developing sales strategy, opportunity briefs, and sales plans.
- Qualifies, upsells, and cross-sells opportunities within and across our core capabilities.
- Consults and provides sales expertise as needed in renewal efforts.
- Creation of sales contents and suitable collaterals for offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. Master's degree a plus
- Experienced in data, cloud, and identity sales solutions
- Interested in collaboratively working with Strategic Partnerships
- Highly motivated, persuasive, a self-starter, and a quick study
- A complex situations navigator and an innovative and creative collaborator
- Comfortable working with C-Level leadership
- A new business leader, qualifier, and closer who enjoys looking for clients
- A seasoned professional with an active network
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Track records in delivering engaging executive-level sales presentations to cross-functional groups
