Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Executive, you'll help clients place their dream home on the market and provide consultations.
- Facilitate negotiations and show properties to potential clients.
- Close sales and lead clients through the purchasing process.
Requirements:
- Preferably experienced in property industry
- Required skills: negotiation, selling skills & positive attitude
- Willing to be located in Tangerang area (BSD, Alam Sutera, Serpong)
- Working Days: Weekends & Public Holiday (if needed)
- Willingness to spend time out of the office or mobile working
- Own a personal vehicle & active driving license (SIM A / SIM C)
