Job description for Sales Executive Internship at Oneness Holding Pte Ltd

Role Overview

Support marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to sales and business development activities. This role focuses on digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and customer engagement, providing opportunities to develop both marketing and sales skills, including prospecting and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Support social media management, content creation, and website updates.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.

Track and report on marketing campaign performance.

Sales & Business Development Support

Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach activities.

Support prospecting efforts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

Follow up on inbound enquiries and company-generated leads.

Assist in conducting sales presentations and product/service introductions.

Understand client requirements and support the preparation of quotations and proposals.

Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM system.

Support client relationship-building and lead nurturing activities.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Interest in marketing, sales, and business development.

Comfortable communicating with prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.

Confident in engaging potential clients and conducting outreach activities.

Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and digital marketing.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
