Job description for Sales Executive (Industrial Estate) at PT. Modernland Realty, Tbk

  • Melakukan pemasaran dan penjualan kawasan industri dan kavling.
  • Menangani inquiry dari calon klien, menyiapkan proposal penawaran, serta melakukan presentasi kepada calon pelanggan.
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien existing guna memastikan kepuasan pelanggan dan kerja sama jangka panjang.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan aktivitas promosi atau event pemasaran.
  • Melakukan riset pasar untuk mengidentifikasi tren industri, kompetitor, serta potensi klien baru.
  • Menyusun laporan penjualan dan proyeksi (forecast) secara berkala untuk kebutuhan evaluasi manajemen.
  • Membantu proses komunikasi atau penerjemahan dokumen bisnis, presentasi, maupun korespondensi.
