Sales Engineer
Qualification
Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience on technical products in heavy industrial or petrochemical industry
Having knowledge of Industrial Lubricant and application is preferred
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical, electric, chemical engineering or other technical major
Ability to perform under pressure
Basic English spoken and written skills
Willing to travel to work areas or factories around Indonesia
Cross-cultural awareness
Customer-orientation and effective communication
Good interpersonal communication
Have prior demonstrated skill on large accounts sales and management skills
Understand Windows & Microsoft office (work, excel, PowerPoint)
Having SIM A and SIM C
Having own Vehicle (Car) preferred
Domicile at Jabodetabek
Job Description
Report to Country Sales Manager as a member of sales team
To develop new sales accounts, search and collect project information in various industrials including petrochemical and chemical industries, understand the customer needs and provide solutions.
Implement sales strategy according to company’s overall business growth plan
Establish sales channels including agent & distributors
Coordinate with central technical team for local projects, product adaptation, engineering assistance
Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Travel for customer visit, attend trade shows and exhibitions as required
