Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with semiconductor fab customers.
- Develop and grow sales of the company’s equipment, parts and services.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Liaise with operations and engineering teams to ensure high-quality service and timely delivery.
- Identify new opportunities to expand services within existing and new accounts.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Working experience in wafer fabrication or semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of semiconductor processes, equipment and spare parts (e.g. O-rings) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and customer management skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple customers.
- Positive attitude and team player.
