Bukan sekadar posisi sales biasa. Kami mencari talenta agresif yang memiliki mentalitas eksekusi seorang "Tentara" dipadukan dengan ketelitian teknis seorang "Seniman" (Engineer).

Sejak 2019, PT. Guna Karya Elektrik (GKE) telah dipercaya sebagai distributor dan integrator solusi otomasi industri (Autonics, Mitsubishi, OMRON, dll). Kami sedang dalam misi pertumbuhan yang sangat agresif. Jika Anda mencari zona nyaman, jangan melamar ke sini. ⚡ APA YANG AKAN ANDA LAKUKAN (High Impact Output):

1. Target Warrior: Mengambil kepemilikan penuh atas target penjualan B2B (Pabrik, Kontraktor, Integrator) untuk mendukung pertumbuhan perusahaan.

2. Response Speed Mastery: Menanggapi permintaan klien dan melakukan site visit dengan kecepatan ekstrem.

3. Solution Accuracy: Membaca wiring diagram/spec, berkoordinasi dengan tim internal/principal, dan menyusun penawaran teknikal yang presisi (Zero Defect).

4. Strategic Partnership: Melakukan negosiasi, presentasi produk, dan membangun relasi jangka panjang dengan divisi Engineering & Purchasing klien.

🎯 SIAPA ANDA (Kualifikasi):

* Pria/Wanita, usia 23–35 tahun dengan mobilitas tinggi (Memiliki SIM A/C).

* Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektro, Mekatronika, atau Otomasi Industri.

* Memiliki pengalaman 2–5 tahun khusus di bidang B2B Sales Automation / Electrical / EPC.

* Paham membaca gambar teknik dan dasar-dasar PLC / Inverter / Pneumatic.

* Komunikatif: Mampu menerjemahkan bahasa teknis (Seniman) menjadi bahasa bisnis/solusi (Tentara) di hadapan klien.

* Tinggal di area Jabodetabek (Penempatan: Tangerang City Superblock).
