Job description for Sales Development Representative at Taptalk

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Melaksanakan dan mengkualifikasi prospek (inbound & outbound) untuk produk AI dan Conversational Commerce TapTalk
  • Melakukan pendekatan awal (cold outreach) melalui WhatsApp, email, dan LinkedIn kepada klien level menengah hingga enterprise
  • Memahami kebutuhan dan masalah klien serta menyampaikan value proposition TapTalk secara kuat
  • Menjadwalkan serta menyerahkan prospek yang sudah terkualifikasi ke tim Sales / Account Executive
  • Mengelola pipeline CRM dan melakukan pelaporan secara konsisten
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim Marketing untuk meningkatkan conversion rate
  • Aktif memberikan feedback terkait pasar dan insight kompetitor

Kualifikasi:

  • Pengalaman 1-3 tahun sebagai Business Development (wajib B2B)
  • Memiliki pengalaman menjual produk SaaS / teknologi / solusi digital (pengalaman AI menjadi nilai tambah)
  • Kuat dalam outbound sales dan pendekatan cold outreach
  • Terbiasa berinteraksi dengan pengambil keputusan level Manager hingga C-Level
  • Memiliki mindset “hunter” dan berorientasi pada target
  • Nyaman menggunakan CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce / sejenisnya)
  • Cepat belajar dan adaptif di lingkungan startup
