Job description for Sales Development Representative - Regional / Overseas at Glints
- Supply qualified leads of potential employers by scheduling meeting / consultation session with Business Development Rep
- Doing outbound sales activities to achieve target of scheduled meeting
- Processing incoming inquiries by employers interested with Glints hiring solutions
- Good professional/business communication skills, comfortable speaking to decision makers (mid to top management level)
- Prior experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or other client management function
- Prior experience in startup industry in value add
- Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency is a plus
- Obsessed with growth and excellent process
- Own personal laptop to be used while working
