Job Description
- Sources of our leads: company website, lead generation advertising campaigns, and existing account contacts
- Perform social selling by identifying prospects according to our target account list and personas to create relationships and generate contact information
- Follow up with leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects; creating new contacts
- Approach contacts of existing clients with no orders or no recent orders to explore new business opportunities
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
- Perform credential presentations
- Set up meetings with prospects
- Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
- Schedule appointments and introduction meetings
- Onboard new accounts
- Build relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Learn the products and key selling points
- Learn the pain points and interests of the prospects
- Support development of sales development guidelines for KPI success
- Bachelor’s degree of any field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Background in advertising and/or digital marketing is a plus
- Excellent business English, written and oral communication
- Strong communication skills
- Results-driven and motivated self-starter
- Interest in innovation
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Proven problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator skill is a plus
- Japanese language skill is a plus
- Stable internet connection
- Quiet work environment
- PC or laptop with sufficient specifications
