Lowongan Kerja – Sales Counter Sparepart Mobil (Full Time)

📍 Penempatan: Mega Glodok Kemayoran

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Mencari Sales Counter Sparepart yang komunikatif, teliti, dan memiliki pengetahuan di bidang otomotif, khususnya sparepart mobil. Posisi ini menggabungkan peran sebagai admin counter sekaligus sales yang aktif mencari peluang penjualan baru.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

- Melayani customer yang datang ke counter dengan ramah dan profesional

-Memberikan informasi produk & rekomendasi sparepart sesuai kebutuhan customer

-Melakukan input data penjualan, membuat nota/rekap transaksi, dan pengecekan stok barang

-Menjalin hubungan baik dengan customer untuk meningkatkan repeat order

-Melakukan canvassing / mencari customer baru bengkel, komunitas otomotif, dsb.)

-Membantu pencapaian target penjualan bulanan

Kualifikasi:

-Memiliki pengetahuan dasar sparepart mobil / dunia otomotif (pengalaman di bengkel, toko sparepart, atau hobi otomotif menjadi nilai plus)

-Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman menggunakan sistem Accurate (atau software akuntansi/penjualan serupa)

-Komunikatif, percaya diri, dan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik

-Jujur, teliti, dan disiplin dalam administrasi

-Bersedia bekerja di counter maupun canvassing lapangan

-Menguasai komputer dasar (Excel sederhana / input data)
