WE’RE HIRING — SALES COORDINATOR (ENGLISH SPEAKER)
📍 WFO | Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
PT Thuan Hai Indonesia, a subsidiary of Thuan Hai Energy (Vietnam), is looking for a dynamic and analytical Sales Coordinator to work directly with the CEO and support our growing industrial energy business across Southeast Asia.
✨ What You’ll Do:
• Manage and support existing customers
• Monitor monthly output, invoices & receivables
• Handle customer complaints & organize meetings/site visits
• Prepare proposals, quotations & presentation materials
• Conduct market research and business analysis
• Support business development administration & marketing documents
🎯 Requirements:
✔ S1/D3 in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or related fields (WAJIB S1)
✔ 1–4 years experience in Sales Coordination / Tender Admin / Market Research / B2B Industry
✔ Strong attention to detail & numerical analysis
✔ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
✔ Good English communication (WAJIB)
✔ Willing to travel occasionally
